What you need to know
- Paxton describes this as a special offer sold only direct from Paxton, with one kit per installation company. Confirm that you can obtain stock before listing it.
- The kit includes a Net2 Pro software licence supplied on a printed card with a download link and unique licence key. The software runs on a Windows PC, which is not part of the kit.
- Paxton's contents list does not include a door lock, exit button or cabling, so these are bought separately. The controller has a voltage free relay that can switch a lock or other electrical device.

What is included in the Net2 Single Door Kit?
Per Paxton: Net2 Pro software, a Net2 Plus 1 door controller with 12V 2A PSU in a plastic cabinet, a P50 proximity reader, a KP50 proximity keypad, a USB desktop reader and ten Net2 proximity ISO cards without magstripe.
Which cards and tokens does the reader support?
The P50 reader reads MIFARE Classic (ISO 14443A), EM4100 and Paxton Net2 tokens. HID 125kHz proximity tokens work only when licensed with an activation card. The kit supplies ten Net2 proximity ISO cards to get started.
Can I add more doors to this kit later?
Yes. The Net2 Plus controller connects to a TCP/IP network and can be daisy chained to other Net2 Plus or Net2 Classic units over CAT5 using RS485. Net2 Pro supports up to 1,000 doors, but extra controllers are bought separately.
