What’s the biggest risk in a Microsoft 365 migration?
Discovering compliance and data-ownership gaps mid-migration, awkward findings like shared mailbox access still including leavers, or documents mixed with superseded versions. We surface these during the assessment phase, before cutover, rather than after.
Do you set up security features like MFA and Conditional Access?
Yes, multi-factor authentication and Conditional Access policies are configured as standard on every Microsoft 365 and Azure environment we set up, not offered as a paid extra.

Can you migrate from another cloud provider, not just from on premise?
Yes. Migrations from Google Workspace, another Microsoft tenant following a merger or acquisition, or a different hosting provider follow the same assessment first approach as an on premise migration, identifying what needs to move, what can be left behind, and what order avoids disrupting daily work.
Do you provide ongoing management after the migration, or is it a one off project?
Both are available. Some clients want the migration handled and then take management back in house; others prefer ongoing cloud management on a monthly basis, covering licensing, security configuration and day to day administration rather than hiring for it internally.
How is data backed up once it’s migrated to the cloud?
Backup and retention policy is agreed as part of the migration, typically using the cloud platform’s own backup tooling alongside a defined retention period, so data loss protection is built into the migration rather than assumed to already exist once files move off premise.
