No, Scotland Excel is a Scotland only framework, available to the 32 Scottish local authorities and associated public bodies. Organisations outside Scotland can still reach us directly, or via our Computacenter, Insight or CDW partner relationships where a relevant framework applies.
No. That’s the point of a call-off framework, an eligible organisation can engage an approved supplier like Efficient IS directly through Scotland Excel’s own process, without running a full OJEU or FTS tender for each individual project.
Each project is scoped and quoted individually against the framework’s terms, rather than off a single fixed price list, since AV requirements vary too much from project to project for a flat rate to make sense across every chamber, meeting room and signage installation.
