- ST4000VX016 is a CMR drive with RV sensors. Seagate also lists a 4TB ST4000VX013, which is SMR with no RV sensors, so check the model number on any quote or recorder compatibility list.
- Seagate rates it for up to 16 bays and up to 64 cameras, and for always-on workloads of 180 TB/year. The 3.5 inch drive is 20.2 mm high, slimmer than the 26.1 mm 8TB model.
