Description
The Shure MXA920 is a ceiling array microphone with onboard IntelliMix DSP — automatic mixing, echo cancellation and noise reduction built into the microphone itself, so it doesn’t need a separate processor to work in a straightforward room. It offers Automatic Coverage (up to 8 self-adjusting zones) or Steerable Coverage (8 precisely aimable lobes with individual outputs) for more complex room shapes, and networks over Dante/AES67 on a single cable. Specified as Shure’s flagship ceiling mic for boardrooms, large conference rooms and lecture halls; for larger multi-mic deployments or Teams/Zoom-certified rooms, it’s commonly paired with Shure’s P300-IMX or IntelliMix Room DSP software.
