Description
Optimal Audio’s Zone 8 is an 8-zone DSP controller β independent zone routing, EQ and paging (via two CAT5 paging inputs supporting wall-mounted paging stations), managed through Optimal Audio’s WebApp. Positioned broadly for larger multi-area sites β hospitality, retail, hotels, corporate β not restaurant/bar refits alone, so a hotel with a lobby, bar, restaurant and terrace is squarely in scope. Important: the base Zone 8 is controller-only and needs a separate power amplifier per zone to drive speakers β where a self-contained, amp-built-in unit is preferred instead, Optimal Audio’s Zone 8P (8x 100W channels onboard, bridgeable to 200W @ 8Ξ© for 70V lines) is the alternative worth quoting, along with ZonePad wall controllers for in-room volume/source control.
