Renkus-Heinz’s Iconyx Compact uses RHAON II beam-steering technology across an array of 3″ full-range drivers, digitally shaping the sound beam to cover seated rows precisely while avoiding hard reflective surfaces — the source of most echo and poor speech intelligibility in school halls with bare walls and high ceilings. Available in four sizes (ICC12/3 through ICC48/3) to match room size and reverberation, at around 40% smaller footprint than Renkus-Heinz’s full-size Iconyx range while still delivering over 105dB SPL. Positioned specifically for spaces where directional control and a compact, unobtrusive install matter — exactly the brief for a school assembly hall, rather than a club or touring PA repurposed for the job.
