Code of Conduct
All EIS staff and contractors are asked to commit to a set of precise conduct guidelines. It allows every person representing EIS to engage with our customers at the highest customer service level. It ensures consistency and integrity which we regard as essential for a long and prosperous relationship with our customers. Our conduct guidelines includes areas such as Appearance, Language & Communication, Business processes and escalation, Documentation, Health & Safety, Security, Environment etc.

We do not differentiate between suppliers, partners and customer s when it comes to our rule of engagement. As soon as an organisation conducts business with us we are determined to make it a real partnership striving for common goals.
